Return Policy

Countercheck accepts returns on defective units within one year of the purchase date. If for any reason your item stops working, simply return the unit to us and we will replace it with a new unit. This policy does not cover burnt out bulbs* or dead batteries. Bulbs and batteries can be purchased from Countercheck.

Countercheck reserves the right to substitute for a similar product, or repair the returned product, in cases where an item has been discontinued or is no longer available. The buyer will be consulted with in this case.

Countercheck accepts returns of working items for refund within 30 days of sale. The items must be in their original condition with their original packaging and accessories. For items which are not in their original condition, a store credit will be issued to the buyer.

We do not accept returns of items bought through resellers. Please contact your reseller and ask about their specific return policy.
